How come your flight prices are cheaper than other websites?

This is simply because we do not charge any markups or fee for using our services.

Am I guaranteed the lowest fares?

The fares displayed are provided by the airlines and do not include any additional fees payable for using Zepd services. As such, you are assured of the lowest and best deals as applicable at the time of booking.

Are taxes and booking fees included in the prices that you show?

Yes, all prices shown include taxes and fees mostly unless the booking is through a travel agent, hotel chain or any other supplier were it is specified as not included or maybe paid separately.

There are a lot of search results. How do I find the best one for me?

You can use our filter box to show results as per your preferences. You can select or de-select airlines based on your own preferences. You can also filter according to  no. of stops, rating and prices.

What payment methods are accepted?

The payment methods accepted depends on the airline on which you are booking, all airlines accept MasterCard and Visa and some also accept American Express.

Who will be the merchant in my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement would reflect the name of the airline partner against payments made.

How reviews are calculated?

We use TrustYou™, the smart semantic analysis system, to gather reviews from many booking services (including Booking.com, Agoda, Hotel.com and others), and calculate ratings based on all the reviews available online.

What is Price Comparison?

The price for one and the same room can differ depending on the website you are using. Price comparison enables finding the best offer. Also, sometimes the same room can have a different availability status in another system.
